UNIT4 NV is hiring an experienced product manager to own new ERP-related products from idea through production. You will drive discovery, shape the product, and work closely with design and an AI-assisted development team to deliver rapidly and continuously improve after launch.

You will partner with customers, designers, product marketing and sales, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle and prioritizing features that deliver measurable value in HR, finance or project management

• Has owned products across the full development lifecycle: research, discovery, requirements and definition, design and launch.
• Deep ERP/domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software is a strong plus.
• Comfort working directly with customers, designers, product marketing and sales.
• Bias to ship and a track record of shipping real products to customers.

About the role

Unit4 builds software for organizations that serve others: in government, education, nonprofits, and professional services. We are investing in our next generation of products, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to take new products from first idea to customers in production.

You will own aproductend to end. You will run the discovery, shape the definition, work hand in hand with design and an AI-assisted development team to build it at pace, and keep improving it once it is live. This is a role for someone who has done the full job before and wants to do it again,fasterand closer to the customer than most environments allow.

What you will do

• Own a productthroughits whole life, not just the launch: discovery and definition, build and launch, then the subsequent releases, improvements, and maintenance that turn a first version into onecustomersrelyon.
• Run discovery and research with customers and prospects to find the problem worth solving, then design, prototype, and test solutions together with them.
• Turn insight into a sharp product definition and clear, well-prioritized requirements.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and own the backlog, the release plan, and the quality bar for your product.
• Partner daily with designers and an AI-assisted development team to build and ship to a high standard.
• Co-design with customers in working sessions alongside our user researcher.
• Design and run discovery processes that scale beyond individual customer conversations, including synthesizing insight from high-volume inputs like conference sessions, multi-customer workshops, or large research cohorts, and turning that signal into clear product direction quickly.
• Stay accountable for whether the product gets adopted, not only whether it ships.

Qualifications

What you must bring

• An experienced product manager. This is not your first product. You have owned products across the full development lifecycle: research and discovery, requirements and definition, design, and launch.
• Deep domainexpertisein HR, finance, or project managementsoftware,expertisewith an ERP is a plus. Deep enough that you have a point of view on what customers in thesespaces genuinely need that nobody has built well yet. You can name the persona, describe the pain, and explain how you knowit’sprevalent, not just a problem one customer mentioned once.
• Real comfort working directly with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales.
• A bias to ship and a love of seeing real products in customers’ hands.

• AI-native ways of working. You have a personal repository of agents, automations, and skillsyou’vebuilt yourself. You can walk through it, explain the choices you made, and talk about howit’schanged the way you work. You bring that practice with you and raise the bar for the team.
