Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Public Sector to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP solutions across municipalities, agencies, and public bodies. You will work with engineering and horizontal teams to deliver end-to-end capabilities in finance, HR, procurement, and operations.

Ideal candidates have enterprise software experience for public sector organizations, knowledge of public finance management, and familiarity with procurement frameworks to drive compliant ERP

Formación

• Proven product management experience building enterprise software - ERP or enterprise SaaS - for public sector organizations.
• Deep knowledge of public finance management and government budgeting practices.
• Understanding of public procurement frameworks and ERP requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Public Sector product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Lead a prioritized product backlog with engineering capacity and defined metrics.
• Define adoption goals and track performance after launch.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to position solutions effectively.
• Define industry-blueprints and reference configurations to reduce implementation time.
