Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Professional Services to own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap, delivering industry-specific ERP capabilities for mid-market PSOs. You will work with engineering, product, and sales to align with platform strategy and commercial growth.

The role emphasizes AI, automation, and industry blueprints, with a strong focus on outcomes, adoption metrics, and cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• Proven product management experience building enterprise software for professional services organizations.
• Deep operational knowledge of PSO processes including pipeline, resource, revenue, and billing.
• Strong ability to translate industry needs into scalable product solutions.
• Understanding of AI-driven pricing and subscription models for ERP/PSO.
• Commercial orientation with focus on ARR, win rate, and retention.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain an industry roadmap for professional services aligned with market trends and regulatory needs.
• Translate workflows into actionable product requirements from customer interviews and research.
• Champion AI and automation differentiators for PSO use cases.
• Embed predictive analytics and intelligent workflows into PSO products.
