Voodoo in Madrid is seeking a Senior Game Designer for Mob Control to own feature design and execution, and to collaborate with a Product Director to shape the unit's strategy and roadmap.

You will design new features, balance core loops, analyze KPIs and player behavior to boost retention, engagement, and revenue, and work with product managers, engineers, and artists to ship high-quality updates.

Formación

• 5+ years in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X, or similar).
• 10+ years is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in gameplay design, balancing, and meta feature design.
• Strong communication, with clear design documentation.
• Ability to absorb feedback with no ego.
• Skilled at simplifying complex systems.
• Comfortable analyzing KPIs and player behavior.
• Passion for mobile midcore games and market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Design features & systems to drive engagement, social dynamics, and monetization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and artists to ship features from concept to live release.
• Leverage KPI insights to guide design decisions.
