Ethos is seeking senior compliance analysts to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and draft privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements for regulator and customer scrutiny.

The role demands expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with meticulous written communication and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (DPIAs, ROPAs, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, DPAs, breach protocols).
• Ensure materials meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with teams to align outputs with governance and privacy requirements.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior compliance analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for senior compliance analysts with 5+ years in data privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance functions to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: data protection impact assessments, records of processing activities, gdpr/ccpa gap assessments, privacy notices, vendor data-processing agreements, and breach notification protocols.

Compensation: $90/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
