ABB is seeking a customer operations professional to support end-to-end post-sale resolutions for commercial returns. You will proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and follow procedures, while analyzing trends to drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will work in a hybrid model, coordinating with regional teams and venturing into the Returns process to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.

Formación

• Vocational training FPGS in administration area or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks preferably related to customer support.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer support.
• Mindset to support customers, take ownership, ensure procedures are fully met, communicate effectively and proactively.
• Valuable experience using ERP (SAP SD/MM Modules) and Sales Force Case management, MS Office.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (level B2).

Responsabilidades

• Resolve post-sale customer requests for commercial returns and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Track disputes and coordinate with functions to ensure faster resolution.
• Provide solutions for customer requests and ensure returns, credits, and/or debits are processed.
• Collect and archive documentation for requests/claims/disputes within the target timeline and close actions in systems.
• Complete the returns process with the regional distribution center in Italy.
