ABB Ltd is seeking a motivated intern for the Customer Operations Department focusing on customer service and order management. You will learn order entry, manage modifications, and support data reconciliation across SAP systems.

You will work with the Order Management Lead, enjoy a hybrid work model (remote 3 days a week and 2 in office), and gain exposure to ABB AI tools and process improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Education: vocational training in administrative matters.
• Spanish (very high) and English (intermediate/high)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support order entry and order management tasks (sales orders).
• Manage modifications and cancellations of customer orders.
• Learn and reconcile data between SAP systems (Order Portfolio Control).
• Contribute to process improvement activities using ABB AI tools.
