Jobgether, on behalf of Growth Agency based in Spain, seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer to own paid advertising strategies for DTC eCommerce brands. You will manage Google Ads end-to-end, from planning and budgets to execution, testing, and optimization, focusing on profitability rather than vanity metrics.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced professionals, and driving measurable results through structured experiments and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Profit-focused advertising mindset focused on real business profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, budgets, client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies aiming for sustainable profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with feed management specialist to boost efficiency.
• Conduct testing of creative and copy; contribute to briefs; implement testing frameworks.
• Analyze campaign performance beyond platform metrics; identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability; ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Communicate developments and insights to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain detailed notes and seek feedback to deepen understanding of strategies.
• Own results and continuously refine campaigns through experimentation.
