Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment in partnership with a fast-growing consumer AI company seeks a Junior Performance Marketer to join the Growth team. The role is remote in Europe CET+3 and focuses on hands-on paid acquisition across consumer platforms, launching, testing and optimising campaigns.

You will work towards managing larger budgets, reporting to the CMO & Co-founder, and contribute to CAC/ROAS-driven growth in a NSFW AI companionship product environment. This is a contractor engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience launching and optimising campaigns.
• Experience with scalable consumer acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Ability to clearly explain campaign contributions and results.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer advertising platforms.
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Test audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Analyse performance data and translate findings into concrete actions.
• Take ownership of individual campaigns and communicate contributions and results.
• Work towards independently managing larger acquisition budgets.
