Cox Automotive's vAuto division seeks a Performance Manager to guide a portfolio of 80–110 dealer accounts, leveraging the Velocity Method of Management to improve inventory performance and profitability.

This role offers up to 70% remote work with 25–30% travel, a boot-camp level training program, full base salary with benefits, and a path from day one as a permanent team member. You will collaborate with dealers nationwide and mentor new PMs.

Formación

• 7+ years of retail automotive management experience as GM, GSM, Used Car Manager or Preowned Director.
• Outstanding relationship, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, with strong listening for risk detection.

Responsabilidades

• Manage progress and results of 80–110 accounts with accountability for outcomes.
• Engage with high-profile client groups and build strong dealer relationships.
• Develop action plans for at-risk clients and respond with urgency.
• Generate revenue by expanding existing accounts and cross-selling products.
• Mentor new PMs and share best practices across the PM team.
• Travel to clients as needed to maximize account coverage and impact.
