Sporty Group is seeking a Product Manager to define the digital roadmap for products used by millions of daily global users. You will collaborate with stakeholders across our remote-working organization to set measurable goals and use research to create engaging products.

• Experience making data-driven product decisions from user research and experiments.
• Strong user-centered design understanding and ability to iterate on products based on feedback.
• Ability to influence in a fast-paced, distributed environment with engineering and design teams.
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs or similar goals framework.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English, with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Aligning product development goals and initiatives to company OKRs.
• Evaluate opportunities to ensure usable and desirable products; direct customer research and analysis to inform business cases.
• Monitor competitive landscape, market trends and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap with clear vision and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate opportunities into measurable requirements and prioritize backlog.
• Build relationships with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads and Product Managers to coordinate dependencies.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning.
• Define and track key product metrics and adjust based on customer feedback.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members in your areas of expertise.
