COCUNAT, based in Barcelona, seeks a Performance Creative Strategist to own the creative learning cycle and maximize campaign impact. You’ll translate data into clear next steps, collaborate with editors and designers, and prioritize the creative pipeline with strong business judgment.

Bring 2–4 years in creative strategy or paid social, deep Meta Ads Manager expertise, and an AI-driven workflow. This role offers hybrid work from our Sant Gervasi office in Barcelona and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2–4 years in creative strategy, growth creative, or paid social performance.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager for analysis and fatigue detection.
• Ability to read a creative as a system and defend decisions beyond data.
• AI-first approach already integrated into workflow.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze creative performance on Meta; derive actionable next steps.
• Coordinate with video editors and designers; brief and track progress.
• Design and document A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Produce briefs with hypotheses and analyze outcomes to feed learnings back.
• Communicate learnings to Growth team in an actionable way.
