Job summary

Zabón is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to shape paid social advertising for a fast-growing DTC natural cleaning brand. You will shape concepts, angles and scripts, driving performance across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

The role offers full-time work with remote or hybrid in Barcelona, reporting to the founder and collaborating with a small, ambitious creative team. Salary is competitive and aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in performance creative or paid social strategy.
• Experience with DTC brands in sustainability, wellness, home care or similar.
• Strong scripting and concept development with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ad concepts, angles, hooks and scripts.
• Lead creative ideation alongside the founder and team.
• Write and develop UGC, creator-led and product-focused ads.
• Create concepts for whitelisting/partnership ads
• Research competitors and trends to uncover new angles
• Turn customer objections into advertising ideas and test learnings
• Stay updated on Meta, TikTok and the wider DTC space
