Jobgether seeks a Performance Content Editor based in Spain for a part-time contractor role. You will transform raw UGC and brand assets into high-performing paid social creatives for TikTok and Meta, with a hands-on approach to video editing, static design, and light copywriting.

You will deliver multiple concept variations, optimize hooks within the first seconds, and maintain a premium brand voice across assets, while collaborating remotely to drive performance metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years editing short-form video for paid social ads (TikTok/Meta).
• Experience creating multiple variations to test hooks/CTAs.
• Ability to transform raw UGC into performance-focused creatives.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or DTC advertising is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Edit raw UGC into short-form paid ads for TikTok/Meta (9:16, feed, stories, reels).
• Structure videos with strong hooks in first 2–3 seconds.
• Add captions, overlays, and visual elements to strengthen the message.
• Produce multiple variations for rapid testing and iteration.
• Maintain premium, direct brand voice across assets.
• Create static ads using Photoshop/Canva.
• Iterate on product-focused ad concepts and social proof.
• Refine ad copy, headlines, and CTAs as needed.
• Edit Amazon listing imagery and A+ content where relevant.
• Organize files and versions for testing.
• Apply performance insights to future content.
