Prime Insights, a Sweden-based tech company, is hiring a sharp editor to transform UGC footage into high-performing paid ads across multiple brands. You will build hooks, work from briefs, and own the final cut while meeting tight deadlines.

The role is fully remote with async-first collaboration and overlap on Central European hours. Contract or full-time options are available, with competitive pay based on experience and output.

Formación

• 2+ years editing performance ads, including UGC, app, or DTC.
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve/After Effects proficiency.
• Strong sense of pacing, retention, and hook mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Edit UGC footage into high-performing paid ads (15s, 30s, 60s cuts).
• Build hook variants and iterate quickly based on performance data.
• Work from briefs and scripts, then own the cut.
• Keep delivery consistent and on-schedule across multiple brands.
