Labhouse, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Marketing Video Editor to create ads for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You will join a team of five editors producing around 80 videos weekly, testing formats and AI-powered creatives to boost app downloads.

You should have a strong portfolio of social media ads, knowledge of hooks and pacing, and hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Remote work from Spain is offered with some Barcelona office days.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and produce videos based on ideas aligned with Creative Strategists, including new concepts and iterations of existing ads.
• Create video content using AI and best practices to maximize results and test new AI technologies.
• Test formats, hooks and styles using both classic editing tools and AI-powered creative tools.
• Proactively propose and test new video ideas beyond briefs.
• Question briefs to better understand the product and users and improve briefs.
