Formación

• 3+ years of experience in performance-driven video editing, ideally in DTC or eCommerce environments.
• Proven expertise creating ads for Meta, TikTok, and CTV platforms.
• Strong understanding of direct response advertising and short-form retention strategies.
• Experience with performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and hook rate.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and transform raw footage into 5–10+ high-performing ad variations.
• Create UGC-style ads and remixed content for paid social platforms.
• Optimize storytelling and pacing to align with performance marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with media buyers to iterate creatives based on campaign performance.
