Jobtailor in Barcelona is seeking a talented content creator to shape bold storytelling across social, digital, PR and retail channels. You will develop and adapt content, with a special focus on TikTok, staying on top of trends and platform best practices.

Collaborating with copywriters, designers, photographers, and agencies, you will manage briefs, plan publishing, and analyze performance to optimize impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Visual Art or Graphic Design or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in fashion/beauty/lifestyle
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats, especially TikTok/Instagram
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting, adaptable to audiences and platforms
• Experience coordinating content production processes (briefing, planning, publishing)
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, or talent
• Understanding of social-first content strategies and platform best practices
• Good eye for visual content and trends, ability to collaborate with teams
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or similar
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Data-driven mindset to optimize content performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for fashion, beauty, culture and digital trends
• C1 English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, creation, and rollout of global content across social, digital, PR, and retail channels
• Develop and adapt content—especially for TikTok—staying on top of trends and platform best practices
• Contribute to agile production with copywriting, editing or design skills, and creative direction during shoots
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of brand‑aligned assets
• Participate in ideation and campaign amplification, helping shape bold and engaging storytelling
• Track content performance, organize assets, and support the team’s operational flow
