Core Code io is seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist to manage and support payroll processing and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and support HR and Finance teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll procedures, attention to detail, and experience with payroll systems. Remote work is available, with a focus on precise execution and compliance.

Formación

• Experience with payroll processing and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and on time according to schedules.
• Review time records, hours, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll data.
• Calculate wages, taxes, benefits, and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records.
• Ensure data entry into payroll/HR systems is correct.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
• Support payroll audits and tax filings.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
