HBX Group seeks a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. Partnering closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership, you will develop materials that influence decisions at executive, board, and investor levels.

You will define the company’s long‑term vision and pillars, informed by market insight and competitive dynamics, elevating strategic planning across the organization.

Formación

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with an understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners through targeted outreach, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report on partnership performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence activities to size opportunities and inform actions.
• Support strategy definition and planning with cross-functional alignment.
