EIT Urban Mobility in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development and Engagement Officer to build partnerships across Europe, primarily in France and Portugal, and to grow the Innovation Hub South ecosystem. You will manage the CRM pipeline, engage partners, and support cross-functional activities with account managers and the wider EIT UM team to create lasting value in urban mobility innovation.

Formación

• Completed degree and 2–5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in business development / partnerships and ability to manage pipeline (CRM) and close deals and agreements.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French (C1 level).
• Experience in working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new partnerships and identify potential partners in the region.
• Manage and analyze leads process and CRM pipeline.
• Conduct market analysis at Hub level in collaboration with the EIT UM team.
• Engage partners through activities across the EIT Urban Mobility ecosystem.
• Support partner review processes and gather stakeholder insights to enhance satisfaction and value creation.
