Job summary
EIT Urban Mobility in Barcelona, Spain, invites a City Partnerships Officer to strengthen engagement with public authorities across Europe and support their participation in our programmes. The role combines city insight, ecosystem intelligence, stakeholder coordination and project management to connect cities with innovative mobility solutions.
You will work with City Partnerships Managers in regional hubs, identify opportunities, enable testbeds, and help scale successful pilots across Europe
Qualifications
- Experience engaging with public authorities and shaping policy priorities.
- Minimum 3+ years in urban mobility, innovation, or European projects.
- Experience with innovation or grant-funded projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel and fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- City insight, matchmaking and innovation enablement across Europe.
- Coordinate City Club activities, webinars and peer learning.
- Support strategic engagement with senior public authorities.
- Promote project results and enable scaling of solutions.
- Manage partnership operations, due diligence and data systems.
