Ethos is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to shape AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from requirements to launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating insights into shipped features.

The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule (5-20 hours per week, potential more). Compensation is $80/hour, and start date is ASAP, with ongoing opportunities in a growing expert network backed by top investors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and launches.
• Experience interpreting A/B tests and translating results into product decisions.
• Exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from PRD authorship to roadmap prioritization and launch.
• Design or read A/B test readouts and translate findings into shipped features.
• Create high-quality documents, decks, and briefs for stakeholders.
