Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced community engagement managers to help train AI models on professional document tasks, including narratives, reports, and decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows with a strong emphasis on accuracy and clarity.

The position offers flexible, fully remote work with 5-20 hours per week, starts ASAP, and pays $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (grant narratives, donor reports, program logic models, board decks).
• Collaborate on improving document quality and consistency for funders and boards.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with precise, clear writing and polished visuals.
