Ethos is seeking an experienced engagement manager to guide AI-driven document, spreadsheet, and slide deck work for client-ready materials across strategy decks, operating models, and executive presentations. You will own the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated outputs, using structured problem-solving frameworks and expert PowerPoint and Excel craftsmanship.

Formación

5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as client-ready strategy decks and executive materials
Develop and apply structured frameworks to analyze and synthesize stakeholder inputs and produce actionable roadmaps
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and clear communication
