Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, content updates, and inventory synchronization.
• Oversee the customer service team and ensure exceptional support across all digital touchpoints (email, chat, social media).
• Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience and website functionality.
• Manage the online sales budget and forecast future sales performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards of visual merchandising online.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in driving online sales and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
