Job summary

Partner company is seeking an Operations Manager to scale a growing DTC eCommerce business. You will lead end-to-end operations across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service while driving efficiency and accountability.

This hands-on leader works closely with founders and external partners to turn priorities into measurable results. You will design scalable processes, manage a remote team, and deliver dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and growth across the

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations or general management for a growing business.
• Hands-on experience running a multi‑function DTC/eCommerce operation.
• Proven ability to design SOPs, workflows and scalable processes.
• Experience hiring, onboarding and developing teams.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the business, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems (Notion, etc.).
• Coordinate supply chain, inventory planning, and 3PL operations.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Support and coordinate customer service workflows and collaboration with ops.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and performance management of the team.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and infrastructure.
