Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Medical Insurance Credentialing Specialist based in Spain to manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and billing in a remote healthcare setting. You will coordinate with payers, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursement.

Responsibilities include credentialing applications, re-credentialing, data maintenance in systems, and resolving denials while ensuring HIPAA and payer policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of credentialing or billing experience with multiple payers.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, Availity.
• CPB/CPC or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Remote work experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credentialing applications for new providers across carriers.
• Manage re-credentialing within timelines to prevent lapses.
• Maintain provider data in credentialing databases and payer portals.
• Submit accurate claims using EHR and billing systems.
• Resolve denials and monitor payment discrepancies.
• Audit credentialing files and prepare management reports.
