Eucalyptus is seeking a Medical Support Associate for Spain to bridge prescribers and patients. This remote contractor role involves handling clinical queries, triage, and treatment check-ins in Spanish and English, 3-4 hours daily.

You will triage patient questions, give clinical advice, run treatment reviews, and help maintain patient education materials, working with a broader clinical team and covering a rotating 7-day window.

Formación

• Clinical triage and patient care experience.
• Fluent in Spanish with professional English.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Triage patient questions and side effects via email, chat, and SMS.
• Provide safe clinical advice and treatment checks.
• Run scheduled reviews of treatments.
• Create and update patient education materials in Spanish.
• Collaborate with clinical team and escalate issues.
• Provide weekend coverage in a rotating 7-day window.
