Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager based in Spain to oversee site payments, data validation, and reconciliations within an international clinical research environment.

You will coordinate with budgets, EDC, and CTMS systems, ensuring timely, accurate payments and robust reporting. The role emphasizes AI-driven process improvements and strong customer service for investigators and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in clinical payments.
• Knowledge of investigator and site payment workflows, study budgets, reconciliations, accruals, and forecasting.
• Strong financial analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EDC platforms, CTMS solutions, and financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process investigator and clinical site payments in accordance with internal procedures, regulations, contractual obligations, and country-specific requirements.
• Review financial data from budgets, EDC systems, and CTMS to ensure accurate payment calculations.
• Review site invoices, investigate discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and provide timely responses.
• Reconcile payment records, prepare accruals and forecasts, and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Create, update, and maintain standardized reports for payment monitoring and oversight.
• Identify opportunities to optimize payment workflows and explore AI/automation applications.
