dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking a Localization QA specialist to ensure accurate multilingual content and brand-consistent outputs across marketing, product and digital channels. You will review, QA and validate translations, and collaborate with translators, designers and campaign teams to smooth workflows.

The role emphasizes linguistic precision, cultural relevance and adherence to brand guidelines, with experience in CMS/DAM and AI-assisted review tools valued.

Formación

• Experience in localization, linguistic review or content QA, especially for marketing or digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong language, proofreading and consistency skills across multiple markets and channels.
• Ability to coordinate reviewers for other markets and review language quality in working languages.
• Familiarity with CMS, DAM and digital content platforms.
• Proven attention to detail in text formatting and visual alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and adapt localized assets, product content, websites and documentation across languages and markets.
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and market appropriateness of all localized content.
• Perform QA reviews across content, creative assets and digital executions, including tone, layout and links.
• Validate translations, including AI-assisted content, against source material for meaning and brand tone.
• Check published content across CMS, DAM and campaign tools for formatting and language versions.
• Record and prioritize localization and QA issues, coordinating with translators and design teams to resolve them.
• Maintain glossaries and QA checklists to improve workflows and reduce rework.
