Job summary

Rove Concepts is seeking a Marketing Manager, AI and Lifecycle for its Rove Next line. This fully remote role covers email and lifecycle as the primary channel, building AI-driven processes and scalable systems across the Americas and Europe.

You will own the calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health, working with designers and an external ads partner to ship high-quality, brand-consistent campaigns. Strong English copy and eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with ownership of email & lifecycle.
• Klaviyo or a comparable ESP.
• Evidence you build with AI yourself, not just raise tickets.
• Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken.
• You have an eye for asset quality, tone, and offer math.

Responsibilities

• Own email and lifecycle as the primary owned channel.
• Manage campaign calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health.
• Quality control on all copy, creative, destinations and offers.
• Build AI into daily workflows and ship it, not just propose it.
• Collaborate with lifecycle and email teams, designers, and external ads partner.
• Translate results into plain business language: spend, revenue, and learnings.
