Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS leader serving life sciences. The Services Engagement Manager will drive project success, shape implementation strategy, and represent the full value proposition behind Veeva’s R&D product implementation.

This is a customer-facing, solution-expert role in the sales cycle with travel required. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years delivering consulting services, strong communication, and experience with Life Sciences content management and cloud deployments.

Formación

5+ years of experience delivering consulting services, including involvement in selling services.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Ability to travel (<25%).
Direct experience with Life Sciences Content Management Solution.
Experience with Cloud-based solution deployment.
Exposure to compliance and validation standards in Life Sciences.

Responsabilidades

Align closely with sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects in our ability to deliver.
Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success.
Provide awareness and alignment with partner ecosystem.
Position integration development, migration, training and other services for a successful customer experience.
Work with services and service leadership to ensure successful project delivery aligned to proposed implementation plan.
Travel estimate: Less than 25%.
