Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Consultant to join Professional Services, working with Commercial Content products such as Veeva PromoMats and DAM. You will translate business needs into solution designs, configure the application, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will lead workshops, oversee build/test/deploy, document processes, and manage post-go-live activities while coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams across dispersed environments.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent
• Direct experience using digital content management systems
• Experience working with life science customers (pharma, medical device, consumer health)
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create solution designs
• Ability to work with a variety of customer roles, internal/external stakeholders, and delivery partners while ensuring high-quality solution delivery
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment
• Ability to travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluency in English
• Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of a content management platform for life sciences
• Leading business process discovery and application design workshops
• Translating complex client process requirements into a workable solution design
• Overseeing the solution build, test, and deployment
• Creating process documentation and project deliverables
• Planning and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing support
• Providing subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and defining how they fit into customers’ software ecosystems
