Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Commercial Business Consulting practice in Spain. You’ll lead small projects, manage 2–3 consultants, and drive new business while solving strategic Life Sciences challenges with Veeva’s data, software, and AI insights.

This role offers a highly competitive compensation package and the option to work from home or the office, reflecting our Work Anywhere culture. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain knowledge in two or three of: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
• Analytical rigor: strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsabilidades

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
• Team Management: Lead 2–3 consultants, developing leadership skills
• Business Development: Drive growth by leading proposal development and identifying opportunities
• Strategic Problem Solving: Leverage data, software, and AI insights for Life Sciences challenges
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas across projects
