Magic Media is seeking a lead Unity developer to join a remote team delivering a cloud‑streamed party game. You will own the architecture, oversee the SDK/platform integration, plan updates with the producer, and set up the development pipeline.

You will mentor peers, review code, and drive async multiplayer and live‑ops features. Excellent communication and multi‑threading skills are essential to ship polished titles from concept to launch.

Formación

• 5+ years of Unity game development experience.
• Previous lead developer role with 6+ team members.
• Shipped at least one large game title from start to finish.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the client engineering team and hand over from the original developers.
• Own architecture and SDK/platform integration.
• Plan and estimate each update with the producer.
• Set up pipeline, tooling and telemetry.
• Oversee async multiplayer features and live ops.
• Code review and mentoring juniors.
