Magic Media is seeking an experienced Lead Unity Developer to lead a remote engineering team on a cloud-streamed party game. You will own architecture, planning, and pipeline setup while coordinating with Helsinki-based stakeholders.

The role requires shipping multiplayer features and live-ops for ongoing content updates. You will mentor a team of developers, design technical solutions, and ensure robust performance across platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Unity game developer.
• Previous experience as Lead Developer of a team of more than 6 developers.
• Led the development of at least one large game title from A-Z.
• Strong passion for video games.
• Availability for daily overlap with Helsinki time zones.
• Shipped client engineering work on multiplayer/party/casual games with live-ops experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the client engineering team and take over from the original developers.
• Own the architecture and SDK/platform integration.
• Plan and estimate each update with the producer.
• Set up the pipeline, tooling and telemetry.
• Oversee backend-facing features such as asynchronous multiplayer.
• Code review and mentoring.
