LaFinteca is building the future of payments across LATAM from Barcelona, seeking a Compliance Specialist to help ensure smooth onboarding, strong AML practices, and regulatory alignment across markets.

You'll collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, Finance, Product, Operations and Sales, maintain Jira workflows, and contribute to policy updates and implementations, while thriving in a fast-paced international fintech environment.

Formación

• Experience in Compliance, AML, onboarding, regulatory analysis.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced international environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage partner & merchant onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance with internal policies and AML standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews: Verify documentation, perform risk assessments, and support the CCO with merchant profile analysis.
• Support regulatory analysis: Monitor and analyze financial and AML regulations across LATAM and potential new markets.
• Improve compliance frameworks: Assist with updating policies, conducting regulatory assessments, and supporting implementation projects.
• Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Legal, Partnerships, Finance, Product, Operations, and Sales to ensure compliant operations.
• Maintain operational excellence: Keep Jira processes updated and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
