SGS is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery within Global IT. You will gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and support end-to-end delivery across ERP, EPM, and reporting initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and initiative to learn new technologies within a global, transforming environment in Spain. Travel or on-site time may be required initially.

Formación

• ERP/SAP/Oracle/EPM experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management required.
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn internal technical knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify solutions and improvements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users throughout delivery.
• Support testing activities (UAT/SIT) and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Build strong relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
