Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to design, develop and support Grants Funding and Early Access systems within the ITMS SMHS team. You will collaborate with global colleagues, translate business requirements into technical specs, and contribute to quality releases with hands-on development and configuration.

The role demands strong English, web tech experience (HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery/SQL), AI prompts, cloud know-how, and agile/ITIL awareness, plus proactive

Formación

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL.
• Experience with writing prompts in AI.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years as a developer or similar role.
• Experience with cloud solutions development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; ITIL is a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Be a developer supporting the Grants Funding and Early Access systems by keeping them updated and compliant.
• Perform business analysis to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance of the system.
• Apply updates to the systems as necessary.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and processes.
• Become a SmartSimple Cloud Configuration Specialist.
• Provide support to ensure availability and performance for the solutions and their environments.
• Process tickets in the Service Management tool related to the Grants Funding and Early Access applications.
