Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company. The role focuses on developing features, maintaining releases, and acting as the IT SME for Grants Funding and Early Access systems, with hands-on development and configuration to deliver quality releases on time.

The position requires Fluent English, experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and cloud solutions, plus 3+ years as a developer.

Formación

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• 3+ years of development experience
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL
• Experience in cloud solutions (development/configuration)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL is a plus
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools and ServiceNow or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Develop software features and ensure timely delivery with quality standards
• Support Grants Funding and Early Access systems and become SME
• Analyze requirements, translate into specifications, and implement changes
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems; apply updates and document processes
• Define best practices, guidelines, and processes for the team
• Provide required support to ensure availability and performance of solutions
• Handle service management tickets related to the applications
