Getnet Europe is seeking a Product Implementation Associate in the Madrid area to guide clients, partners, and integrators through end-to-end payment solution implementations using APIs, SDKs, and App2App. You will analyze needs, coordinate with internal teams, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

We require 5+ years in payments, strong English and Spanish, and a deep understanding of payment processes (PSDs, EMV, tokenization).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients, partners and integrators through technical implementation using APIs, SDKs, App2App.
• Analyze client needs, architectures, and payment flows to recommend configurations.
• Coordinate across teams to enable smooth implementations from discovery to production launch.
• Translate business requirements into technical-functional solutions and assess risks.
• Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and integration constraints.
• Capture feedback to improve products and integration processes.
• Collaborate with the Single Entry Point team to improve APIs and docs.
• Support Commercial teams in client discussions, explaining capabilities and value.
