Formación
- 3+ years of experience in the Fintech industry preferred.
- Experience managing technical support teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes related to technical support.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and coach a team of TAM and Integration Analysts.
- Oversee technical onboarding for high-value merchants.
- Ensure smooth merchant go-live process.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to maximize success.
