Job summary

Ace Alliance is seeking a Media Operations Manager to drive internal coordination, streamline processes, and oversee content workflows across multiple brands. The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment.

You will coordinate websites, social media, and content reviews, support sales and events, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Remote work opportunities are available across international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administrative operations, project coordination, business support, or a similar role.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience with website/content review workflows.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Intermediate understanding of marketing, content, and sales operations.
• Experience with project management tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, shared documents, and communication platforms.
• Experience with social media coordination.
• Ability to manage internal follow-ups across different remote teams.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, content, or event-related workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to document processes and create clear checklists or SOPs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day internal operational tasks across multiple brands and teams.
• Track and follow up on tasks across websites, social media, content, sales, events, CRMs, emails, and internal systems.
• Ensure processes are followed and deliverables are completed on time.
• Support migrations, platform setups, CRM updates, and other operational projects.
• Act as a bridge between leadership, sales, content, marketing, and technical/admin teams.
• Review updates on brand websites and monitor social media activity.
• Coordinate content approvals and organize content-related deliverables.
• Assist onboarding, coaching, and follow-up for salespeople.
• Track sales-related tasks and deadlines across brands.
• Maintain internal documentation and SOPs.
