Job summary

Awin is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to create and deliver high-quality educational content for advertisers using our Platform Services, supporting the growth of affiliate programmes.

You will develop how-to guides, articles, training videos, webinars, and email lifecycles, while testing new ideas to grow revenue and improve the advertiser experience, all within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating customer-facing content and training materials.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content for advertisers and self-serve enablement.
• Present content to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support short-term projects to drive quick wins and GP growth.
• Create peak-planning content for seasonal and local campaigns.
• Plan and host webinars on strategic topics.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Support, Success, Marketing, Product, UX.
• Deliver RAOKs to boost engagement and GP growth.
• Conduct QA to align content with Awin branding and guidelines.
