Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Strategy & Operations to shape decarbonization efforts across textile manufacturing. This remote role is based in Spain.

You will translate complex technical findings into clear frameworks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build structured knowledge resources to inform strategic decisions and implementation. You’ll support leadership with presentations, workshops, and technical communications to accelerate

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in energy consulting, industrial decarbonization research, or related field.
Experience with factory-level process engineering and industrial utilities.
Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to translate complex topics into structured, accessible insights.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate research and assessments of climate technologies and decarbonization pathways.
Build and maintain an organized library of technical research and analyses.
Synthesize information into clear frameworks and actionable insights.
Prepare presentations and strategic materials for internal and external audiences.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and knowledge management across teams.
Support leadership in executing high-priority strategic projects.
Maintain technical knowledge systems and reusable frameworks.
