Avature is seeking a Customer Solution Manager Associate to support clients in Málaga or Valencia. You will build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and tailoring our platform to fit their business requirements.

You will meet with account managers, manage assignments end-to-end, configure Avature solutions, move configurations to production, and generate meaningful reports while QA testing for quality. Fluency in English and German and a passion for technology are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with account managers to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.
• Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, collaborating with other teams and providing feedback.
• Help configure customized Avature solutions by moving configurations from test environments to production.
• Analyze and create relevant reports.
• Run QA tests to ensure everything works as expected.
