Avature is hiring Web Implementation Consultants in Spain (Valencia and Málaga). You will design, configure, and implement Portal Apps solutions on Avature’s platform, transforming business and UX requirements into scalable web experiences.

You will own projects end-to-end, collaborate with customers and teams, and support Go-Live and stabilization. The role blends development, analysis, and technical consulting, with opportunities to learn and leverage AI in software development.

Formación

• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into web-based solutions.
• Interest in working directly with customers and participating in solution definition.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to software development.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers’ business needs and recommend effective implementation approaches using Avature’s platform capabilities.
• Own smaller projects end to end, from scope confirmation through implementation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable Portal Apps solutions using reusable templates and platform components.
• Balance technical requirements, business objectives, project priorities, and customer expectations.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and globally distributed teammates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adapt existing solutions to meet customer needs and tailor configurations within Avature’s platform.
• Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and other team members to define the best solution.
• Manage project activities from scope confirmation through deployment and follow-up.
• Support customers during Go-Live and stabilization.
