Avature is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant fluent in English and German, based in Málaga or willing to travel to client sites. You will lead HR implementations for multinational clients, analyze requirements, design configurations in the Avature platform, and help shape project scope and best practices.

• Proficient in English and German.
• Permanent residency in Spain.
• Availability to work on-site at client locations.
• Experience with HR or business system implementations for enterprise clients.
• Strong consultative and client-facing skills.
• Interest in software configuration and HR technology.
• Comfortable working in a project‑oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take a leading role in client-facing implementations of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies.
• Analyze business needs to support the development of Avature’s commercial strategy and ensure solutions align with client objectives.
• Gain a deep understanding of our product and contribute to its evolution by providing actionable feedback to the Product Design team, enhancing our knowledge base of best practice designs.
• Ensure high-quality implementations and adherence to project standards by reviewing and guiding the work of Implementation Associates.
