RELX is seeking an HR Shared Service Advisor to deliver centralized HR support across time off, leaves, and country-specific benefits. The role involves managing HR transactions, maintaining employee records in Workday, and collaborating with HRBPs and COEs to improve services.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR service centers in a multinational setting, and fluency in English with French as a secondary language.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field
• At least 3 years in HR service center/operations in a multinational
• Fluent in English; French as a secondary language
• Knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide centralized HR support on time off, leaves, and country-specific benefits
• Handle HR transactions and inquiries across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity
• Assist users with self-service tools and HR technology
• Collaborate with HRBP, COEs, and HR Tech to improve service delivery
• Identify issues and opportunities for service center improvement
• Participate in training and regional shared services activities
• Support audits of HR operations with internal/external teams
